Performing quality assurance checks on information received internally from other supporting functions.
Working closely with home locations to resolve queries
To create, maintain and update procedures for your funds
Carry out relatively complex, extensive, high profile transactions surrounding all PE Fund activity e.g. capital calls, distributions, investment purchases, divestments, carried interest calculations etc.
Preferred Candidate: Should have 4-6 years’ experience in fund accounting and financial reporting.
Demonstrate through examples /evidence strong operations knowledge including secondary review & controls, risks & mitigation Private Equity Fund Accounting (Role: Consultant)

Responsibilities:

Carry out relatively complex, extensive, high profile transactions surrounding all PE Fund activity e.g. capital calls, distributions, investment purchases, divestments, carried interest calculations etc.
Ongoing review of daily controls and communications of any new idea’s or suggested procedural changes
To assist with training and coaching new team members as the group grows

Preferred Candidate:

To have a thorough understanding of the theoretical and technical nature of fund accounting and administration related to financial statements
Sound knowledge on financial statements and notes to financial disclosure standards, and must be able to interpret regulatory and industry standards into notes disclosures
Strong subject matter expertise/ knowledge of NT business
