You will play a key role in the development of the core product.
It will involve working directly with the Business team on realizing their needs and translating it into the product.
You will be involved in the overall design and development of the application, maintaining quality and ensuring performance.
You will collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design, prioritise and launch new features.
You will be responsible for organising code and maintain its integrity at all points in time. You will play a lead role in understanding and implementation of security and data protection best practices.

3 - 5 Yrs of Experience in building scalable cloud based web applications on Ruby On Rails Framework.
Extensive experience with Rails 4.2x
Strong knowledge in OOPS concepts and Design Patterns.
Experience with MongoDB or comparable relational database systems.
Proficiency in building data visualizations and Hands on with behavior-driven development with RSpec.
Hands on experience with JavaScript htmlbased UI frameworks like JQuery, AngularJS, React would be a plus.
Good front-end knowledge including HTML5, CSS.
Uses Git for source code management.
Knowledge and use of RESTful coding.
Continuous Deployment - Writing new application features so they can be deployed with zero downtime.
Strong ability to articulate architectures and problem statements.Good to have
Working Knowledge on any one of Cloud Platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google.
Knowledge of handling and management of load-balancing and high availability systems and data replications across multiple data-centres
Experience working with ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana.
Experience with any Graph Database like Neo4J.
Prior experience working in a fast paced startup environment.
Domain knowledge in the financial/data space.
Any external, relevant certifications.
