Primary skills
At least 3 years of hands on development experience, with sound knowledge of designpatterns and application design
Strong knowledge of Python - along with hands on experience in using Django
Experience with NoSQL, specifically MongoDB
Good understanding of queuing mechanisms including Redis/RabitMQ (or similar)
Knowledge of python web crawling frameworks like scrapy, frontera is a must
Strong Linux skills
Knowledge of building large scale, multi threaded applications is a plusSecondary skills
Experience designing and building RESTful web services
Experience designing, configuring and implementing Hadoop/HDFS and HBase is a plus
Knowledge of graph databases is a bonus
Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus
Prior experience architecting large scale distributed systems is a plus
Experience with cloud deployments on AWS/Azure preferred
