• Ensure that numbers in the source system represent true and fair view
• Ability to connect the dots and facilitate decision making / problem solving

• Notify stakeholders of upcoming changes & perform impact analysisYour teamThe role is within the Group Finance, Group Allocations Competency Centre team in Pune, India, working closely with functions & stakeholders. We are a small team of experienced specialists, coming from varied backgrounds. We are ultimately responsible to ensure adequate process governance around entire cost allocation processes within UBS - starting with process design, co-ordination with multiple teams at different locations.Your expertise1. CA or MBA from reputed institution
2. problem solving skills and ability to assess/challenge explanations
3. a hands-on attitude
4. the ability to deliver meaningful numerical analysis and the willingness to work to tight deadlines
5. a strong control focus and good collaboration capabilities
6. controlling experience - experience in cost allocations is advantageous, but not a must
7. good quality assurance / control skills
8. excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and good data handling skills
9. experience with reporting tools (eg SAP BW, TM1, SQL query tools)1. an individual contributor / team lead willing to understand the detail, who can deal with complexity
2. self-starter who can work without daily supervision, can handle different important tasks simultaneously with the ability to challenge and prioritize
