Your roleWe are looking for someone to join the ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives )Client Charging Team. Your role will include:
• ensuring that all commissions are coded in GMI as per the client schedule or Give up agreement
• fixing any commissions breaks which are raised either via internal reports or from client’s directly
• communicating to clients in a clear and concise manner whether the issue be simple or complex in nature
• liaising with other teams within operations to help resolve issues such as the brokerage team, client utility and Other ETD operations teams
• coordinating with sales and the trading desk to help resolve rate and give up agreement issues
• constant interaction with UBS on shore and near shore to ensure physical distance is never an issue
• work with Global Service Management to drive our strategic initiatives to deliver our operating plansMake sure the risk culture and well managed and driven across the entire organization. Engage teams/individuals w... See More

This includes resolving breaks and dealing with client queries.You will be a key part of the team working to ensure we maintain a top quality service for our clients.Your expertise• extensive experience in ETD Operations with Client charging experience preferable
• strong communication skills, with client experience preferable
• good understanding of operational risk, particularly in relation to the ETD Business
• great computer skills and willingness to learn new processes
• flexibility – there is a significant element of reacting to circumstances and the person who will be successful in this role will be someone who is able to juggle numerous and various tasks at any point in time.
• a team player and possess excellent people management skills
• excellent organizational and rigorous follow-up skills
• integrity and discretion are key to help make sure sensitive information is handled with care
• general ability to pick up information quickly and turn around deliverables under pressure
• a focus on continuous improvement
