BS Degree in Electrical Engineering with software engineering background or BS in Computer Science
7 plus years of related software/design experienceREQUIRED SKILLS
- Expert in Software Design planning, execution and testing (Top-Down architecture design methods)
- Expert skill level in the C programming language
- Experience programming microcontrollers (primarily PIC and dsPIC) using C language
- Experience programming and implementing embedded systems serial protocols (UART/USB/SPI/i2C)
- Competence and Experience in implementing programming to support CAN protocol
- Ability to lead team in implementing SW design and guiding them through troubleshooting
- Ability to work with internal and external engineering and cross functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in full cycle of DO-178 requirements application preferred
