We’re looking for a Technology Director with strong experience in ServiceNow, Service Management and Software Development to lead the expansion of our Delivery Center in India. Nike’s service management and automation are a critical part of our strategy at Nike and we are looking for a leader who can leverage the talent available in Bangalore to ensure long term growth and capability building. Your experience and partnership with the broader technical operations teams at Nike will help you prioritize and guide the work of the teams. You should have strong skills with software engineering, service management and experience working in a distributed agile delivery model.What Will You Work On?
As the Core Engineering Services Director in India you will work closely with the service management teams across the globe to deliver capabilities to enable Nike’s strategy. You will build and develop high performing scrum teams focused on service management, automation and self-service on ServiceNow platforms. You will need to leverage your prior experience, knowledge of industry trends, and personal creativity to develop new and innovative solutions which delight stakeholders. You’ll craft and cultivate an environment that values and promotes autonomy, skill mastery, empowerment, transparency, innovation and continuous learning.WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:* Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in IT or related field
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience
* Experience working with ServiceNow in medium to large enterprise or service provider environments
* Demonstrated skills developing and communicating common/best practices for development
* Demonstrated skills or experience fostering developer communities that might include citizen developers or technology related communities of interest
* Deep knowledge and experience with a diversity of tools and platforms
* Strong problem solving and analytical mindset
* Able to influence and communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with team members and business stakeholders
* Experience resolving end-to-end issues with higher levels of management
* Experience leading multiple teams and the development of complex solutions
