Job Title / Designation: Digital Marketing Specialist

Requirements:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Oversee a social media strategy
• Manage and maintain the organization’s website
• Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
• Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
• Create a strategy and manage the implementation of social media marketing to increase web traffic and google search rankings 
• Fix any errors or bugs in online content and website
• Edit and post videos, pictures and audio content to the organization’s social media pages
• Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
• Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.

Profile:

• Mobile, willing to travel between Mangalore and Bangalore for the first 3 months or till the website is designed and ready.
• Willing to join as a consultant for 1-2 months before being given a permanent offer.
• Knowledge of web designing, coding and programming.
• Tech savvy and up to date with the usage of all platforms of social media and online marketing tools
• Positive attitude with an ambition to learn and grow, person of integrity and responsible.
• Knows SEO and SMM, can manage a budget and accountable for spending with ownership.
• Role will be based out of Mangalore once business starts. Candidate should be located and based in Mangalore and report to the Mangalore office.
• Good to have: advanced programming, marketing management, PMP

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Location(s) of Job: Mangalore (Karnataka)

Education: B.Sc. (computer science) or BCA with MBA or B.Tech/BE (computer Science) with MBA.

Work Timings: Mon – Fri – 9am to 5pm, Sat – 9am to 1pm, Sun(holiday) – May require to put in additional odd hours as and when required or in case of trouble shooting
