To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people to develop and innovate on behalf of our customers around the world.The primary role of the Program Manager is to bring project/program management experience, good judgement, and the entrepreneurial spirit to delivering new diversity and inclusion products and solving complex problems in how Amazon sources, hires, retains, develops and promotes talent and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce culture.As a PM in the Diversity and Inclusion team, your job is to work across HR partners and business units to develop scalable solutions to be adopted by a diversity of organizations. From defining requirements to troubleshooting implementation, you will use your operational skills to leverage various platforms to deliver our products to employees around the organization. As you deliver these products, you will measure adoption, maintain the products, and iterate over time to improve customer experiences.Specifically, you will:
  • Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels to define and deliver complex features
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for quality metrics and quality standards
  • Plan and manage multiple parallel projects. Maximize resources for the greater good of the organization.
  • Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
  • Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have candidate quality and experience as the top focus.

  • 3+ years of relevant program/project management experience
  • Experience analyzing data to inform action planning
  • Experience delivering large, cross functional, projects
  • Experience measuring customer satisfaction or quality initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+years equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications :
  • Rekindle program is for womenwho have had an extended absence from work for a period of more than 12 months in their career
  • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
  • Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across functions
  • Good organization skills with the ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple tasks
  • Excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when working with people and information
