• Partner with global Program managers, leaders and users to drive simplification and improve the system availability
• Provide support to the team by assisting with production release reviews, incident management, prioritization, initiation, execution & closure for all operations work
• Champion quality methodologies and rigor throughout all Global Operations team initiatives; identify opportunities and complete projects to improve internal processes, application availability and performance

• Partner with global Program managers, leaders and users to drive simplification and improve the system availability

• Align to the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
• Keep up to date with enabling technologies to improve application availabilityQualification and Requirements -• Bachelor's Degree / Master degree with computer science background and 10-15 years of experience
• Minimum of 2 yrs experience in Managing / Leading DevOps teams
• Served as manager/ lead (technical and people) in Devops positions in large organization and can understand the challenges of scale, complexity, legacy code.
• Hands on experience on scripting/programming languages like Java/Python/Shell/Perl or equivalent
• Implementation of Continuous Integration using tools like Jenkins, Anthill, Team City or equivalent
• Familiar with current work methodologies and practices: CI/CD, Agile, Scrum, code coverage and common matrices, bitbucket, code review, etc.
• Familiar with ALM tools and practices (Jira, confluence)
• Familiar with Devops tools such as Jenkins, sonar, gradle,
• Strong experience of working in global teams and handling multiple stake holders
• Strong analytical skill and ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills and technologies as needed
• Strong background in Linux & Windows Operating System
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations
