- Big Picture multiyear view of requirements consolidating stakeholder demand, Design and Engineering vision, capability stack, operating model and strategic imperatives. Budget definition and high-level resource planning in response to big picture analysis
- Demand capture by business partners for Enabling functions and framework. Manage process that balances the customers requirements with the capabilities of the Technology operations bandwidth
- Anticipate and influence a planning methodology to forecast, plan for and manage the demand for products and services.
- Capture and synchronize supply and demand
- Evaluate the interfaces with corporate functions
- Prioritize activities
- Approve and implement within the desired timelines

- Bachelor's degree or MBA
- Computer science, economics, finance, or accounting
- Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, training, and troubleshooting skills; ability to evaluate and manage client business needs
