Job Description

The person will be reporting to the Systems Manager. The day will include uploading of videos, formatting and uploading documents or sending emails to users. You will be mentored by the team manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Formatting chapters according to the stylesheet of LawSikho.
Uploading these chapters on LMS and notification to be shared on the WhatsApp groups.

Each Diploma and Executive Certificate course has live classes, these classes are required to be edited and uploaded on our portal.
Uploading these classes on LMS and notification to be shared on the WhatsApp group.

Creating id and access for new team members.
Creating trackers for courses
Providing course access to our new/old students.
Helping students with their technical queries related to the learning management system.
Sending emails or creation of Automations via our web-based softwares.
All our Diploma and Executive Certificate courses run on a batch basis. Every 45 days a new batch is started.
Creating a new bundle every 45 days for all the newly started batches.

Compiling hard copies for the courses and managing the dispatch of the same
Uploading MCQs for various courses


Should be adept in English

Should have a laptop

Should be comfortable working with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Managing pdfs (should be willing to learn)
