The fact that we are a credible, safe and legitimate organization should be the USP for all comms that would lead to higher member enrollment.Key Responsibilities1. Principle Responsibility & Relationship Management - Lead the development of the overall member service process for acquisition, reactivation, and upgrade of prospective members and existing community members.2. Execute a neat communication flow, while explaining how Floh helps connect. You must be polite and graceful always. Build and maintain ongoing relationships on the phone and at events and bringing in an element of personal touch always. We at Floh we genuinely care for all our community members hoping to continue guiding them to their special someone.3. Data Access, Management, and Confidentiality. Ensure you document all necessary communication and memos for future reference. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion always.4. Ensure that members understand the content and intent of the calls. You are responsible for the accuracy of new member enrollments, reactivations, renewals and upgrades through effective communications flow.5. Analyze the results using a data-driven approach. Ensure that the process is continuously improving based on your recommendations.6. You will be inducted to Floh & that will help you understand why we care. This would assist you in navigating members and answering their queries better. It is critical that you understand the user flow and help members see the value in joining us.7. Ensure that the diverse views and perceptions of our members are held with respect. Be available to handle grievances if any and uphold Floh and its core belief at all times. You must adhere to the quality of communications in all our communications and complete an assigned number of calls within the stipulated time.8. Core Working hours are from 11 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 7 PM (Saturday and Sunday). Weekly off will be on Tuesday. We offer work-from-home flexibility 3 days a week and on the weekends.Targets: 100 dialed calls per day, 50+ reached calls per day,10 conversions per day.Follow up’s as scheduled and required over WhatsApp, E-mail and SMS.Incentives/ Bonuses offered above the targeted conversion.Desired Skills and Experience1. Minimum 0-2 years experience and proven communication skills. Track record in various forms of telesales/face-to-face comms in a large Indian or international organization preferred.2. Experience in developing sales or business plans, executing them and reaching targets.3. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels and experience in working with a high-performing multi-functional team4. Strong management, influencing and negotiating skills- Candidates will be entrepreneurial with strong commercial skills and a passionate belief in delivering excellent member service.Organizational Competencies1. Professionalism: Knowledge and/or experience in managing personal conduct and emotions in a way that represents the values and realizes the objectives of the organization2. Teamwork & Communication: Knowledge and/or experience in working with others and presenting information, ideas, and positions in a clear manner that can easily be understood across diverse and multicultural audiences.Functional Skills3. Knowledge and/or experience in customer service and comms.4. Knowledge and/or experience in dealing with customers either in person or over the phone.5. Strong skills in written and spoken English (required) and Hindi (desired)6. Knowledge and/or experience in data management tools and practices7.
