Key Result Area (KRA):
  • To make outbound sales calls to new leads assigned by Tele-Marketing and existing customers
  • New leads to be converted thereby generating new business each month
  • Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound business
  • Maintain and update identified customer’s opportunities on support systems
  • Use the necessary sales tools on calls to understand the customer’s business
  • To answer all customer enquiries regarding company services accurately
  • Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action
  • Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service
  • Deal with all employees located in other departments and stations in a professional and co-operative manner at all times, and consistently strive to promote a positive team spirit

About our Process:-
  • This is a soft sales outbound process where an agent has to engage the customer for approx 45 minutes and have a conversation in English.
  • The process requires people to have some basic mathematical skills.
  • And the person should have zeal for sales and carry sales in his/her personality.
  • We have no issues hiring fresher’s as long as they are confident and eager to learn.
  • It’s a UK process, so we follow UK shift time.
Educational qualification:-
  • The job applicant to be minimum 10+2 (pass) in any stream, (we don’t hire fresher’s with BE/B-Tech/MBA/MCA/LL.B degrees), however experienced candidates having any of these qualification is eligible to apply.
  • Compensation /Benefits:-
  • CTC upto 25,000/- PM based on previous experience and earnings.

  • Free Transport (home pickup and drops) with escort facility for female staff if female staff rostered as the last drop for the route.
  • Medical Health Insurance basis eligibility on confirmation (company will pay the premium for the insurance, the staff & his/her spouse with 2 children can be covered under this insurance)
  • PF /ESIC benefits for staff as per statutory guidelines.
  • Uncapped Incentives (depending on the performance)
  • Training days are also paid days
Interview process:-
  • CV Assessment & Interview by HR
  • Online assessment to check basic math, grammar, listening skills
  • Operations round (final round) to check expertise in ability, stability and willingness to learn
  • Final offer by HR
Training and Assessment:
  • 5 days of process training
  • 6th day is the accreditation
  • Leave request cannot be entertained during the training/assessment days
  • On successful clearing the accreditation staff move to operation from training
  • Staff will be on probation period of 03 months wherein certain sets of objectives will be agreed with the line manager which will be evaluated on monthly basis
  • Staff clearing the probation period will be considered as confirmed employee of SBS
BGV:-We do third party background verification for all our staff to ensure safety & welfare of our employees.Other details:Candidates are required to work 5 days a week as per rota.We have hiring zones so that transport is able to cover them and maintain agreed pick up and drop. See Less
