We are looking for a customer onboarding associate, a trusted advisor to ensure customer requests are addressed, boost response rates and own the beginning of a positive and potential relationship with customer.Responsibilities :
Key performance metrics :
- Assess the client requirements and address queries
- Schedule customer site inspection and visit with site engineers
- Own the introduction path for new incoming requests
- Capture all communication with prospects into CRM tool for further analysis and reporting
- Build steady pipeline of sales visits from requests received
- Ensure all incoming requests are addressed on time
Key performance metrics :
- Successful sales visits scheduled
- Response Time
- Zero pending tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactiveness to take swift actions
- Multilingual Proficiency in English, Hindi,
