Proeves is India's leading online aggregator of preschools/daycares. We have two business models. B2B, where we work with companies in providing them childcare solutions (daycare tie-ups, childcare management, and payment processing solutions). B2C - where we work with direct retail customers and support them in discovering, deciding and booking daycares/preschools. We also work with the network, for example, daycares/preschools, and support them in marketing and look forward to supporting them in technology and skiing solutions.You will have an Opportunity to work with a uniquely positioned, funded start-up, with a strong growth rate.Role requirements-
- Work with ProEves team to understand the learning and care options that are provided to the customer
- Reach out to customers (parents of infants/toddlers/prechoolers) to share learning options for their child
- Work with the ProEves team and preschool network to close the parent's query
- Ensure customer trackers are duly updated and customer feedback
