Eligibility – Graduate/ last semester result awaited in any stream and minimum 18 years of age.· Skill Set – Good communication skills in English, Smart Phone Savvy, Typing Skills.· Salary Structure (Fresher’s) – 185700 (CTC), 12041 Monthly Take Home (Including 100% Performance Pay).· Salary Structure (Experienced Non BPO) – 207012 (CTC), 13437 Monthly Take Home (Including 100% Performance Pay).· Salary Structure (Experienced BPO) – 232104 (CTC), 15082 Monthly Take Home (Including 100% Performance Pay).
