Job Description

Following will be the candidates responsibilities:
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Installing and configuring set-up files at the customers' monitor.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Handling customers quieres and handling inquiries.
  • Providing technical support across the company (over phone/ remotely)
  • Setting up installation for new users- training will be given on the same.

  • An ability to prioritise and delegate
