1. Conduct orientation training to imbibe values.2. Train new hires for sales/ product/ customer experience ensuring 90% throughput of the batch.3. Closely work with OJT and New hire batch to control compliance and quality errors4. Work with quality to define, design and implement refresher training for agents for better quality and/or sales performance5. Ensuring the sales and quality target trajectory is met for the agents6. Design and improve the training content for new hires and on going training programs. Customize the training module as per product/process update7.
