Role and Expectations:
Process and Impact Consulting with internal and external organizations to develop workflows that can be programmed on the digital platform
Build analytic dashboards for impact projects
Developing an interactive help interface to demystify the technical tool and promote usage of the app
Expert in documentation and create process frameworks and documents for the digital tool
Some amount of travel to Swasti's work areas to interact with beneficiaries who are typically in rural areas
Past Experience:
Software programming and project implementation at customer sites
Set-up and Use of analytic tools for dashboards .
Work with reasonable size of data sets for data integrity and migration use cases
Experience in software testing is a plus
Fluency in English and at least one other local Indian language. Strong English written skills is a plus
