Sales Management - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Business Development - Identify the products that would sell in particular region
Team Management - Candidate has to have more than 2 years of experience in team management.
Market Analysis- Conducting weekly competitive analysis for key markets, report findings and make adjustments; monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and markets progress toward weekly, monthly and annual targets.
Relationship Management- Maintain relationship with Franchise Partner, Train team on our system and process, review monthly production reports and provide feedback plan and execute market visit.
Support - Provide functional/technical assistance/guidance where required and Support technical integration discussions in person and virtually.Key responsibilities include -

- Reviewing sales performance
- Writing reports
- You have 2+ years of Sales & Key Account Management handling multiple locations.
- You are highly analytical and make decisions based on your abilities.
- You have world-class interpersonal and communication skills, leadership experience and command presence
- Travel Trade experience is an added advantage.
