§ Assist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs and sanitation§ Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists
Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings
Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters§ Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.§ Preparation of function sheets for events for special events§ Preparation of outlet registers for the month.§ Organizing posters for outlets after formatting data and designing outlay.§ Maintains and updates reports like the revenue report and the Group financial report.§ Maintains the vacation plans for all Managerial staff.§ Consolidates the outlet monthly training programmed for the department.§ Handles all uniform requirements for the department.§ Handles guest qu...
