- Conduct Online Masterclasses ( Schedule of classes will be discussed at a later point) where Live Demonstration has to be shared with students
- Have a deep understanding of how Children Learn
- Understand the needs of the audience and adjust the contents accordingly without compromising on the Learning Outcomes
- Adapt the content to individual needs of students with varying intellectual and artistic abilities
- Accommodate a variety of instructional activities
- Evaluate each student’s performance and growth in knowledge and aesthetic understandings, and prepare assessment reports
- You have an inexhaustible cache of creativity, originality and Imagination
- You understand the difference between being an expert in a skill and teaching that skill
- An eclectic Palette of Styles
- Wit and a good sense of humor
- Your own style as as understanding of the latest trends
- A degree in multimedia arts, animation, graphic design
- An excellent Portfolio of Work
- It is a bonus if you have experience in teaching Drawing / Doodling/ Illustrating
