Job overview (purpose/ summary)
• Responsible for providing relevant analysis in timely manner with useful insight and valuable information to drive the performance improvement, in terms of Equipment Longstanding, Leased Containers and Miss-picked Containers.
• Ensuring good level of communication and effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Designing and maintaining reporting and analytics around the business and process measures and track the development.
• Ability to acknowledge potential issues and escalate to appropriate personnel. Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Write and report communication and current working procedures into a documented SOP. Built in controls and checks preventing data leakage or integrity issues.
• Constantly bring about improvements in the process making it more efficient and effective.
• Quick learner, flexible in approach and accommodative (backfill in case of absenteeism) to changing business dynamics.
• Optimistic, agile, enthusiastic, eagerness to learn and enhance professional traits with changing needs.Key Responsibilities -
• Work diligently to provide most accurate, reliable and relevant data in timely manner, through robust processes and checks and balances in place.
• Responsible for reducing longstanding containers, assist in effective and efficient redelivery of leased containers, improve on miss-pick container’s cost recovery
• Be a good business partner to Operations/Equipment teams by providing timely and Accurate performance data and analytics and driving the performance.
• Proactively highlight any performance gaps and room for improvement, and follow-up with the relevant stakeholders to deliver objectives.
• You will drive business performance and continuous productivity improvements through focus on performance metrics and indicators
• Continuously seek, propose and establish improvements in the process of reporting, so that We achieve efficiencies while making the process more effective at the same time.We are looking for
Skills required -
• The ideal candidate holds a MBA degree from tier 1 institute
• Candidates should have 6 - 9 years of work experience from a similar position
• To have an 'analytic mindset' - being able to zoom in on relevant details, while never losing sight of the big picture
• Should be a quick learner and possess a good business acumen.
• An extroverted team player with strong communication skills, enabling to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
• The corporate language is English, so you should be fluent in oral as well as written English. See Less
