SheSparks - WomenReturnee Program
Adobe’s greatest asset is our people, a belief that started with our founders over 35 years ago. With this as a strong foundation, Adobe takes Pride in introducing the Adobe - WomenReturnee Program "SheSparks" which aims at creating a gateway for women to rejoin workforce & provide an opportunity to restart their career. Being a pilot edition, these roles are internships for a period of 6 months, with potential to convert to a Full time role based on performance & relevant opportunities.
The Challenge:
The Business Program Analyst will work with Sales Management and Operations Team to program manage key initiatives, work on business reports to monitor KPIs and analyze performance of different business units.
As a Business Performance Analyst, the role responsibilities would include program reporting, data analysis, and key deliverable follow-ups. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a program management or operations role and have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced results oriented environment.
What you’ll do:
• Tracks the key KPIs for Adobe India Sales & Marketing teams
• Collect & Consolidate weekly updates from multiple programs under execution
• Interface with multiple teams – internal and external to resolve holdups
• Analyse data to look at patterns and anomalies for insights
What you need to succeed:
• 4+ years of relevant reporting and data analysis experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent skills in Excel & Powerpoint
• Ability to manage time well during Quarter flips where slightly higher workloads are expected
• Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be detailed-oriented and have a proactive approach.
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
