Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, communication, employee engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR process and policy guidance and interpretation.
Ability to collaborate and partner with various HR functional teams (Global Mobility, Comp & Benefits, Recruiting, etc..) and other departments (payroll, accounting, etc.) in order to meet the various needs of the organization.
Provides guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Assists in driving various HR initiatives: performance management, goal setting, merit review process, and manager and associate career development.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
