ob Description SummaryContractual position – 6 – 9 MonthsAs an HR business partner (HRBP) you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management for your assigned business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. This position partners across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, communication, employee engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR process and policy guidance and interpretation.
Ability to collaborate and partner with various HR functional teams (Global Mobility, Comp & Benefits, Recruiting, etc..) and other departments (payroll, accounting, etc.) in order to meet the various needs of the organization.
Provides guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Assists in driving various HR initiatives: performance management, goal setting, merit review process, and manager and associate career development.
