Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage small groups, and a tenacious, results-driven approach to problem-solving with the ability to work relatively independently.· Structured thinker, analytical and strong communicator.· Ability to drive highly cross-functional initiatives end to end with minimal oversight.As the Business Operations Manager, you will report to the Revenue Strategy and Operations team. You are primarily responsible for making sure that the processes, technology, and execution are integrated seamlessly to support internal programs and initiatives to grow the business. On a day to day basis, you will work with cross-functional teams on various projects, help develop growth strategies, and assist in the execution of those strategies, both internal to the firm and external to clients.The ideal candidate should be an analytical thinker who has a strong understanding of business operations in a small to midsized company or a larger company, B2B Demand Generation funnel and metrics, and in-depth experience with Marketing Automation, lead generation, and CRM systems preferred. Collaborate with the management team to streamline processes and execute programs
Develop and help execute local market strategy and programs
Evaluate current processes and operations and develop new more robust processes for our growth roadmap
Build and maintain reports and dashboards in partnership with various other functions
Proactively drive performance to help the team optimize efficiency and ROI
Conduct training and create documentation to enable other team members to excel
Your skills:
3-5 years of SMB or midsized business operations experience in a fast-growth environment
3+ years experience in an FMCG, technology, or marketing firm preferred
Proficient CRM experience is preferred
A deep understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, FMCG business, online shopping, and fulfillment preferred
Ability to use various online business tools, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and online project management tools preferred
Strong ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Methodical and analytical. Able to translate problems into solutions
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
This position works closely with several key groups including digital, operations, marketing, public relations, technology, creative product development, research, and education. It requires a strong understanding of the technology, eCommerce, digital, and social media landscape in order to be effective with our team and clients.

The ideal candidate should be solutions-oriented, forward-thinking, highly organized with a creative flair. They should have the ability to see the big picture while simultaneously being able to execute on a tactical detailed level. It will be required for this role to direct a team, while simultaneously contributing to the effort.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES❖ Sales and Marketing — Some knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services preferred. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.❖ English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, prose, and grammar. Strong English writing skills are required.❖ Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources preferred.❖ Communications and Media — Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.❖ An organized, disciplined, and thorough individual with experience managing process and deadlines❖ Ability to present in-depth content strategies and analytics results to the marketing team and senior leadership❖ Strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of analytics and management reporting❖ Highly energetic and flexible in adhering to shifting deadlines❖ Experienced across all content platforms including emerging channels❖ Deep understanding of content strategy across a variety of categories (experience in FMCG or beauty is preferred)❖ Strong desire to inspire creativity, innovative thinking, strong marketing concepts, and solutions❖ Experience with MS Word, Excel, and other office tech platforms❖ Strong writing and editing skills❖ Strong analytical skills, PowerPoint and Excel preferred❖ Experience using creative ideas to connect the dots❖ Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.❖ Above-average written, oral, and email communications skills in professional business English.❖ Strong attention to detail, diligence, and a perfectionist approach to work quality and output.❖ Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others.❖ Ability to take occasional client and business calls in the morning between 8 am-12 pm and/or 8 pm-10:30 pm, about 4-8 per month.❖ Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written with a high level of creativity and attention to detailWORKING CONDITIONS❖ Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6.p.m with an hour for lunch.❖ This job operates in a remote office environment.
