Responsibilities and Duties· Lead Generation: Market analysis/Cold Calling, acquiring Client/customer contact details· Follow ups until closure· Passionate for sales; willing to take challenges and meet Quarterly sales targets consistently· Customer retention: Ensuring service quality and maintaining a positive relationship with clients· Insights on market trends and plan of action for business development ,· 6 Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents· Ensure product knowledge by company s ways of training· Work closely with clients on planning and reviewing of activities and goals· Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans· Ensure Company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms· Hold periodical client meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs· Ensure client queries are responded to satisfactorily as per company standard.· experienced in End to end Recruitment process· 13 Media marketing or other platfo...  See More
