ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. To ensure a good level of understanding and knowledge of organization’s products and services which is always improved and maintained, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately.2. To act as the driving force behind the development and implementation of business objectives.3.
