As BDE you are expected to tap the entire market of this city. This would mean improve organisation’s market position and achieve financial growth.
Your Key primary responsibilities would be as follows :
Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, taking appointments and pipelining visits on daily basis.
Identifying new sales leads and turn this into increased business.
Solely responsible for developing business in the territory assigned.
Plan persuasive approaches by pitching products and/or services that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients once converted so that recurring business is set.
Developing robust pipeline of new business/opportunities coming to the company.
Set up and attend meetings with decision makers/ company’s leader.
Co-ordinate with technical support Team from Kolkata HO for any extended support services for the clients.

Drafting proposals and sending Minutes of the meetings to clients.
Preparing Power Point Presentation for brands as and when required.
Updating CRM on daily basis. Ensure the data is entered accurately for Management proper review.
Updating DSR ( Daily Sales Report ) to your assigned reporting authority.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Co-ordination with accounts Department from Kolkata HO for billing/payment purposes.
To train, develop,guide an Intern who would assist you on completion of your 6 months journey with Onex Solutions.
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
