- Research and identify new clients
- Call international clients (night calling)to set up virtual meetings
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches to potential clients
- Maintain client relations and effectively address their needs
- Maintain and expand the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
- Assist with development, editing, and revision of customer-facing marketing materials
- Develop and maintain broad knowledge of the business and operations
- Other duties as required
- Someone withexcellent communication skills
- Able to work in variable shift timingsdepending on the requirement
- A quick thinker; able to respond aptly on-the-spot
- Motivated, self-starting, and eager to learn
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in business development or international calling
- Experience working on CRM databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
- Broad proficiency in social media (particularly Twitter & LinkedIn) as well as social media tools
