HGS is looking for an experienced Business Content Specialist to join our global Corporate Communications team in Bangalore. The Business Content Specialist will be responsible for creating a wide range of content – PR, thought leadership and leadership communications – using creative and technical writing skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Research, plan and write a variety of high-quality and engaging content pieces across PR, thought leadership and leadership communications
  • Understand business requirements and create stories that are technical in nature, but easy to understand
  • Support business communications, social media and PR requirements to meet organizational goals
  • Manage and execute on-going content-related projects
  • Proactively bring ideas for content, campaigns, video scripts, blogs, etc

  • Excellent command over the English language; strong grammar; versatility in writing styles
  • Strong understanding of business; Prior experience or a keen interest in the IT/BPM industry
  • Experience in working on internal communications and campaigns would be preferred
  • Any experience with storytelling through data and strong grip of insights from data in a visual or other forms of content will be a plus
  • Ability to work with and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively
