Should have the capability to leverage your past experience, should possess judgment to plan and accomplish goals to outperform yourself.Role & Responsibilities of a Business Analyst:• Responsible for high level business requirements and software development detailed requirements• Facilitate the definition and agreement with business on requirements of scope and business objectives.• Ability to analyze business requirements, create functional designs and test the system software• Ability to build functional knowledge in the assigned financial systems and understand how they integrate with other applications or areas within the company• Design & develop high level functional requirements for new development and enhancements of products• Should build ownership of product / service / features• Should co-ordinate with IT Dev and QA to address the business clarifications• Ensure the nature and extent of the business needs and project requirements, are understood by project participants• Excellent communication skills - consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of Corporate and in-house development teams• Demonstrated understanding of solution architecture of Treasury, Trade Finance, BFSI applications and mapping it to the corporate system landscape• Validate project deliverables against requirements• Serve as a consultant to customers, providing insight on product features and benefitsIdeal candidate brings along• Experience: 6-10 years | Post Graduation Degree in Business Administration• Familiarity with BFSI domain, especially Risk, Treasury and Trade Finance Management is a must• Financial Certifications are a plus• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer needs to be transformed into application and operational requirements• Should have exposure to treasury management productsJob Location: Sadashiva Nagar, Bangalore.
