Established in 2017, our client is a celebration of the rich and diverse culture of tea drinking. Their portfolio includes over 35 spectacular teas from Indias finest gardens blended in house with inputs from various medical practitioners and ayurvedic beliefs. They are committed to providing their tea-loving consumers access to directly sourced & expertly blended varieties of estate tea.They have operations in 4 cities, provide private label service to some of the biggest brands in India, and have launched two flagship brands of their own. In 2 years of operations, they served over 8 million cups of tea.   • Identifying potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on prospective clients needs.
  • Developing relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  • Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint).
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
  • Writing reports.
  • Providing management with feedback

Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
  • Any graduate
  • Good business sense.
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Negotiation skills, Plenty of initiative.
  • Willing to travel with CEO for business meetings.
  • Women who wish to restart career after a break can also apply.
