Job Description
1. The incumbent will assist the senior management in driving talent search for TSP clients.
2. S/He would manage assignments with structured and template process within strict timelines on deliverables.
3. S/He will be trained to work on mandates independently with supervision from the senior management team.
4. Attend client briefings in order to understand the sector and the position being recruited.
5. Prepare preliminary search documents.
6. S/He will be responsible for research, creating visibility, making cold calls and generating suitable candidates / leads for mandates.
7. Work with the team leader to define the pitch for candidates & candidate development.
8. S/he will be responsible for candidate assessment and report drafting.
9. Interact and work closely with the Team Leader on all aspects throughout the search process.
