• Job Description:

The job revolves around creating sustainable competitive advantage for the assigned brand, interacting with key stake holders of organization to plan, develop, communicate and execute key marketing strategies which will help to achieve divisional objective.

• Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for a key brand
  2. Manage the launch of new strategic initiatives for Market Penetration on the Base Brand
  3. Responsible for the topline and brand profitability
  4. Handle the Stage-Gate for the new launches for validation of the product concepts with the key stakeholders
  5. Media Planning / Execution in coordination with the Marketing Services team Formulation of marketing strategies, Communication development
  6. Building strong Marketing programs Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.
  7. Managing Creative agencies
  8. Build relationships into Key Opinion Leaders/influencers, and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives, and for driving sales.
  9. Support and drive sales – work in close partnership with Cross-Functional teams to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high-quality manner.

• Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  1. Education qualification: MBA, Marketing or equivalent degree
  2. Require candidates only from Tier 1 Institutes
  3. Years and industry experience: 3-4Years
