Responsibilities and accountabilities of the position:

  • Talent Acquisition: This position is responsible for talent acquisition and management of internal human capital. The incumbent would be required to work with the company promoters in developing suitable and cost-effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: The incumbent would be responsible for complete employee lifecycle management from Onboarding to Separation. S/He should be able to improve onboarding and employee experience by improving processes and using metrics-driven approach to improve overall employee alignment to organizational objectives.
  • Employee Engagement S/He should be able to understand and resolve regular issues and grievances through a structured approach and appropriate communication.
