Role & Responsibilities
*Planning and designing of houses and infrastructure (external development) in a township - New Product Development
Exploring unit level and township level layouts globally.
Creating innovative designs which are sync with local bye-laws.
Incorporating users/prospective homeowners perspective in the designs.
Co-ordinating with Structural, MEP and other consultants.
Guiding the market research's team about the latest trends and specifications and then analyzing the data and putting it into the designs.
Visiting the site regularly and improvising the design based on site inputs
Ensuring compliance of GFC drawings at site
Creating matrices to define the design objectively. For eg: space efficiency, ventilation, etc
Material research - analyzing and selecting whatever goes into a house.
