Job Description
Our group company, Rayon Foods Private Limited, is mfr of Ready To Eat North Indian Curries and Jain Food. We are launching our chain of North Indian & Jain Stores, under the name: Finger Food Nation, which shall be 100% franchise owned and franchise operated.We have already appointed 4 Master Franchisee, which constitues around 30 - 40 outlets.A. We are looking for Anchors / Emcee (Master of Ceremonies) whose role would be:
- To understand the concept of our Franchise Models
- To make video, of whatever duration, at their own place on mobile camera with clear audible voice, explaining the concept of our franchise models.
- We anticipate that the duration of video would be around 30-45 minutes (it can be less or more also but the important point is that, it should convey all the points of our Franchise Models).
- The first video would be on Franchise Model as per point 3 and the second video would be extension of first video (point 3) where in it would be focussed on explaining the concept of Maste

The length of this video, we feel, would be just half of the first video, as all the points of Franchisee would be covered in the first video.
- We want Anchor / Emcee to present to shoot these videos in a very friendly and interactive manner, so that the video is alive and not boring during its run, when people see.
- There is no script to this but the concept in itself is very easy to understand and the flow of words from you would be equally easy
- We want you to put your contact details : Name, Mobile Number and email id on the video
- With point No.1, we expect that the people viewing these videos, would call you to understand more about our Franchise Concepts.
- There is no hard core selling involved in this process. It's just what you have said in the video would be the answer to all the queries that you receive on the phone.
- As an Ambassdor to our brand: Finger Food Nation, we want you to close these Franchise deals, which is not tough to do so, as there is no rocket science in explaining about the concept of our Franchise Models.
- For your comfort, even before you apply for this post, we would like to mention few points about our Franchise Models, which would make you better to decide, whether this is good for you to do:
- Unlike other Franchise Models, which are stand alone franchisee of one single brand, we are different here. We are not giving our franchisee to people who want to set up new franchisee under our brand. STRAIGHT NO to them.
- We are giving our franchisee to those, who already own outlets of such products which are in no way competiting to our products. For example, we have shortlisted such outlets like: Ice Cream Parlor, Juice Parlor, Cafe's, Waffle Parlor, Momo Outlet, Chinese Food only Outlet, Bakery outlet and such. Their products don't compete with our products and so we both can benefit from each other's product strength. Further, having our franchisee, the outlet do not have to incur additional cost on infrastructure, salary, wages, electricity, rentals, misc exp. He can work with his own set up, with existing manpower, Further there is no need for Chef or live kitchen. Our Franchise investment is just Rs.5 lakhs, which can be funded by Banks also, without any security or collateral.
- Further, we are giving our Franchise to people who want to do this business from their home - Cloud Kitchen. Again no additional cost and income right from single product sold.
- So with this, the potential of our conversion into franchisee has tremendous opportunity, provided you convey the benefits of our Franchise in a simple way, and easy to understand (which is surely, once you read our pitch document)
- There are other categories also who are eligible for taking our franchise, which we can discuss once you show your interest to work on this model.
- For every successful closure that you do for Franchise, we would pay you Rs.20,000 (subject to govt taxes)
- For every successful closure that you do for Master Franchise Cum Distributor, we would pay you Rs.50,000 (subject to govt taxes)
