Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.10. Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls11. Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process as an SME.12. Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process.13. Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.14. Plan proper allocation of work.15. Support Team lead / Manager with Daily stats / reporting and MOS.16. Enrich team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each others' responsibilities.17. To be available on the floor through the day to resolve process related issues.18. Participate in Team building activities.19. Create effective QC and Audit mechanism within process to ensure delivery on SLA’s.20. Assist in training/educating HRO personnel on learning and acquired skills in process.21. Assist client with Admin activities (especially Document Mgmt) related to Investigations/Grievances/Associate concerns.22. Support Client with the Admin activities related to Performance mgmt.23. Ensure Customer Satisfaction24. Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.25. Complete training need analysis for the team on timely manner through quality reports and knowledge testsRelationships:Reports to: Team LeadSupervises: N/AJOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Education Equivalent
  • Bachelor or Graduate

Experience
  • At least 4 years of HR Experience
  • People Relations experience a plus
  • Workday Experience a plusHR Domain certification would be a plus
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
