InFORM Architects, a reputed, award winning Design Firm founded in November 1997 is looking for an Accounts Executive to work full-time (Mon - Fri : 9am – 6:30pm, Sat : 8:30am - 1:30pm) at our office at 9th Main, Banashankari 2nd Stage, BangaloreCandidate Profile:
Education: B.Com + M.Com | MBA
Age: 30+ years
Experience: minimum 10 years in similar setup handling similar responsibility* Dynamic, committed and capable of managing the firm’s Accounts single-handed
* Good communication skills : oral (English & Kannada) and written (English)
* Knowledge of Tally, Payroll, Taxes (GST, Income Tax)
* Up-to-date with current digital technology applications – email, internet, net banking, smartphone
* Capable of handling a position of authority and responsibility with respect to human and financial resources and administration & maintaining confidentiality

* willing to give a long-term work commitmentJob Profile:Accounting· Passing entries in Tally· Invoice preparation & follow up of receipts, maintenance of records, travel reimbursement claims, payments to consultants & vendors, maintaining fixed assets list· Payment and maintenance of records of utility bills & rent, credit card statements, monthly expenses· Handling petty cash - cash receipts & payments· Liaison with auditors for monthly filing of GST & for e-filing of TDS quarterly, statutory audit etc.· Sending Form16 to staff & Form16A to parties· Online payment of monthly GST & TDS· TDS – reconciliation with clients, computation of TDS of employees· Maintaining company records – investments, loans, gratuity, bonus etc.· Payroll for ~50 employees including online payment of PF, ESI & PT· Payment of monthly stipend to trainees· Monthly meal card load & new card order· Banking :- ENet banking, maintaining list of beneficiaries, online payments, foreign remittance, liason with bank, issue/deposit of cheques, preparing documents for loans, opening salary accounts for staff, sending updated list of salary accounts to bank periodically, correspondence with bankOthers· Filing & storage of hard & soft copies of documents· Maintaining details of salary structures and leave record of staff, sending leave applications for approval· Compliance on Labour dept. matters – Filing POSH report, Form U, preparing Form C & D for Bonus, Holiday list; liaison with labour consultant· Arranging periodic appraisals, sending messages to staff for birthdays and year completion, induction of new joinees, preparing Form 11· Preparing letters – Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Salary Revision, Relieving, Experience, Training certificates· Resignation and relieving formalities· Making travel arrangements, printing visiting cards· Maintaining database of employment applications, scheduling interviews· Renewal of AMCs / Insurance policies / Agreements, Medical insurance of staff, Registrations· Issue of equipment to staff, managing stationery, ordering and purchases of office suppliesSalaryCommensurate with suitability and experience.Interested candidates may email their updated resume with latest photograph to : careers@informarchitects.com See Less
