Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintaining a profiled database of customers, clients, and acquiring potential clients.
· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Effectively explaining product features, packages and prices to the customers
· Ability to understand full product offering and connect the right product to the right customer
· Capturing of accurate and complete information in CRM.
· Tracking and reporting day to day sales activities.
· Create and maintain a sales Funnel to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector
· Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Key Skills Required:
· Relevant experience of a minimum of 2 years is required.
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills with basic sales and marketing traits.
· Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Should be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
· Experience with HR/Placement Agency/Recruitment industry would be a plus
