Job Location: Gurgaon (ready to travel from time to time) Job Description: You need to be, at a minimum, a CA, CPA or MBA (Finance). What will you do in this Consulting role at Genpact? A whole lot! You will own the product build for end-to-end Third Party Risk Management Services through internal and external collaboration. You will need to support solution leadership in achieving solution development objectives. This role is unique in ERC, as it will help in the development, commercialization and delivery of an important solution. You will bring in subject matter expertise in order to create and refine existing service offerings, including delivery models, commercial models and technology solutions. We want you to be the change! Use your skills to actively participate in project meetings and build agreement amongst various diverse groups. Identify and create alliances, associations and partnerships for solution build and growth. It will help if you have successfully launched or participated in a companywide Third Party Risk Management program, or successfully created a market-facing product or service in the area of Third Party Risk Management. Build relevant collaterals based on your subject knowledge and expertise. Simultaneously, build support creation of the pipeline by actively participating in client discussions and leading relevant RFX and Solution responses. Be responsible for leading client discussions and supporting the pre sales and sales process. Read and generate IP in the area of Industry-specific Risk Framework and the assessment and due diligence process. Make a difference! What challenges and initiatives will you face in your first two years of a Consulting role? Plenty! But your key challenge will be to initiate relationships with our stakeholders and convince them of our ability to deliver business development agenda. Are you up to it?! Will you be the next to join Genpact’s army of Financial Consulting-Ambassadors? It’s possible, if you also have a minimum of 8-10 years’ prior experience in Third Party Risk Management across various industry verticals such as BFSI, Life Sciences, CPG and Industrial Manufacturing. You should preferably have experience in more than one vertical. Are you a practitioner with hands-on experience in having developed a Risk Framework and executed multiple assessments and due diligence? Do you have hands-on experience in having defined risk pillars and relevant assessments for various third parties such as vendors, distributors, joint ventures and individual business associates? Do you have an excellent communication and executive presence that allows you to connect with and influence multiple senior stakeholders in various time zones? Do you have high analytical and reasoning skills and are you commercially savvy?
