Job Description
1. 4 - 10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain.
2. Knowledge of creating Performance Testing Proposals and experience in Performance Testing Consulting Assignments.
3. Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level).
4. Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations.
5. Experience in performance test design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing.
6. Hand-on experience in Load testing tools (Load Runner, Jmeter, VSTS, Performance center, HP SaaS etc).
7. Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring.
8. Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Tivoli, Sitescope etc.
9. Hands-on experience in at least one Object Oriented Programming Language (Java, C++ etc.).
10. Customer Facing Experience would be an added benefit.
