Job Description

•To Design & Develop Tools for training need identification, Training need analysis. •To Conduct training need identification , training need analysis, assessments and evaluation, developed pre and post training assessments. •Conceptualized, designed and developed learning solutions and training modules as per the training needs using instructional Design. •Coordinating and communicating at different levels in team •Managing the creation, editing and reviewing of content for SAP end-users. •Direct interaction with the employee on a regular basis through emails, phone calls and Live Meetings, for development of the content/manuals/work instructions for their SAP end users. •Conducted training need analysis and devised competency based learning programs across the organization. •Developed employee developmental plans basis competency mapping, performance appraisals and other HR retention strategies. •Conduct Train the trainer program on the content Designed. ...  See More
