Job Description
The Role:
The role holder is the HR point of contact for employees in a Jewlery Division at Hosur and is responsible for
deployment of HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Responsible for recruitment of talent within defined timelines
Ensure shop floor discipline and manage grievances within defined process timelines
Drive people development and capability building
Oversee activities of time office
Support roll-out of company-wide HR initiatives for employees upto junior management levels
Responsible for personnel administration (employee lifecycle management including exit interviews and
final settlements) and HR service delivery
Drive employee welfare and engagement activities
Collating and reporting key people metrics for the business unit
Ensure compliance to statutory norms

Masters degree in business, MSW or equivalent degree
Up to 3 years experience in HR; preferably in a manufacturing
