Job Description
Location: Bangalore Scope of the role: Responsible for resolution and closure of customer complaints for two regions as part of the Customer Service Team. Job Profile: Tracking and Reporting • Manually track the calls in detail for further analysis • Develop plans of action to address common issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to find solutions • Ensure that response is sent back to customers after a solution is derived Key Deliverables: • Timely completion of analysis and submission of reports with a high level of accuracy • Systematic and frequent interfacing with the stakeholders Work exp : 2-3 years experience, preferably in a call centre set up Educational Qualification - Minimum Graduate in any discipline Outstanding English communication - Oral & Written Excel Knowledge - Knowledgeable about Excel functions , Good proficiency Full time working - 9 am to 6:15 PM , 5 days in a week Employment Type : Third Party Rolls
