Regional Sales Manager Primary Location: India,Maharashtra,Mumbai Education: Bachelor's Degree Job Function: Operations Customer Service Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 16044018 Description Responsible for driving sales and delivering consistently on units sales targets by designing and implementing sales strategies, identifying process improvement and thereby meeting business deliverables, maintaining required standards on service quality, compliance guidelines, expense, etc. Handling multiple products at the same time to ensure delivery across all revenue lines for Citiphone, building a strong inbound sales leveraging team, identifying risk and controls for any new process/existing process and ensure tracking in RCSA. Meet revenue target as per sales plan. Qualifications Sound Analytical and Comprehension Skill Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Sound Selling Skills Team player with a positive attitude and eye for detail Experience in sales and financial sector preferred Experience in mentoring / handing large teams
