Job Description
•Checking Correctness of Drawings as per Local Municipal norms, Design co-ordination with external consultant must. Liaise Exp. will be added advantage.
• Should have thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials.
• Ensure timely MIS Reports
•Should have good exposure to design of commercial buildings.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Google sketch-up and Revit (optional)
•Shall be responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, Finance for timely deliverables
• Wherever required shall co-ordinate with Developers to ensure Dmart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer
Academic Qualification: Mandatory- B Arch (or BE Civil with Exp. in Design Coordination)
Technical Skills: Mandatory-Autocad & 3D sketch up
Qualifying Competencies:
Should be a team worker & have Good communication skills
MS office, Autocad & 3D sketch up knowledge.
