1. Supervise and monitor Projects assigned to Subordinates
2. Organize kick off meeting with internal and external stake holders for the projects assigned.
3. Prepare timelines and manage assigned projects
4. Track project timelines to ensure that project milestones are achieved
5. Coordinate with all relavant stake holders for the progress of the project
6. Prepare for client meetings
7. Identify and escalate critical issues
8. Followup with supply chain for all material requirements
9. Create and manage assigned projects in PS module
10. Identify training needs
11. Identify gaps and improvise on system for the PM Team.
